Parting off milling with 12 teeth and special parting off geometry

Milling inserts with 12 teeth and special parting off geometry for reduced cutting pressure for parting off milling with milling depths up to 16,5 mm. These milling inserts with a 6° parting off angle enable almost burr free parting off directly within the machine, reducing time-consuming finishing operations.

Thanks to high-performance toothing technology from Kaestner-Tools, torsion at the insert-toolholder interface is effectively counteracted and the insert sits very stably in the insert seat. This results in high possible torques and feeds, a higher cutting performance is achieved and ultimately main times are reduced.

• Available with cutting widths of 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm.
• Available with and without corner radius
