Tool system for broaching applications without reclamping on capable* CNC-machines. Available standard profiles: Key ways and hexagon socket. Use the possibility to reduce the overall costs and nonproductive time by completely machining without reclamping.
The system simcut BF with steel toolholder and carbide cutting insert is suitable for internal profiles in bores from a bore diameter of 17.0 mm.

The simcut tool system for broaching applications offers standard cutting tools for the following profiles:
• Keyways (according to DIN 6885)
• Keyways (according to DIN 138)

The insert range is extended by individual tools for special profiles, such as involute toothing profiles and others.
