With the new simmill QX tool system, SIMTEK now offers you high-performance disc milling cutters with cutting diameter Ø 50,0 or Ø 63,0 mm and 18 teeth for general groove milling.
These disc milling cutters are availabe with cutting edge widths from 2,0 mm to 10,0 mm and enable smooth cuts thanks to an optimized cutting edge geometry, resulting in better surface qualities.
The disc milling cutters for milling arbor holders ØDS= 16.0 mm can also be used as set milling cutters. For the cost-efficient manufacturing of intermediate widths, these disc milling cutters can, when tool diameter and number of teeth are equal, also be used in a coupled way.
