Boring inserts for hard part turning applications with CBN cutting grade starting at a bore diameter of ØDmin = 1,0 mm (0.039")!

The simturn AX - boring inserts with SIMTEK CBN cutting grade for hard part turning applications are now also available for boring of bores starting with a minimum bore diameter of ØDmin = 1.0 mm (0.039"). These tools are especially suitable for boring of bores in materials with HRC > 54, such as hardened steels.

In combination with the simturn AX toolholders, excellent results are achieved even in materials that are difficult to machine.
