Due to the positive experiences with the product service life, we are extending the offer: The warranty continues to apply to all products ordered before 30.09.2025.
Our products fulfill the requirements according to the applicable industry standards and specifications. Should your toolholder from our standard range of the above-mentioned product groups nevertheless no longer be usable within 3 years of purchase and despite proper use, you will receive a free replacement toolholder or a free repair holder at the discretion of the guarantor. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, collision, overloading or accidents. In order to claim this warranty, please send your toolholder from the above-mentioned product groups to the guarantor, stating the SIMTEK order number, delivery note number or invoice number as well as the contact person from your company:

You will receive feedback from us as to whether your toolholder meets the conditions for claiming the warranty. Please note that the processing may take up to 6 weeks.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
The modular milling systems simmill 4V and simmill 9W4 impress not only with their qualitative advantages but also with the very long service life of the toolholders. Thanks to high-performance toothing technologies, the toolholders have very good torque transmission, high radial and axial run-out and ultimately a long service life.
